Tilia Impact Ventures will support the growth of MIWA Technologies

Investment fund Tilia Impact Ventures (, the first fund in the Czech Republic focused on investing in companies with a strong societal impact, decided to invest in MIWA Technologies (, a circular economy start-up with global ambitions. The convertible loan will enable the company to accelerate the development of its business activities in Western Europe (in cooperation with major partners such as Nestlé) and the development of its business in general (e.g. customer sales, further technological development, marketing and related personnel costs). Working with Tilia Impact Ventures will also help bring more international partners and investors. Havel & Partners Law Firm collaborated on preparation of the transaction.
